【Giving December】 Furusato Nozei (“Hometown” tax)

Thank you for your continuous support!

December is finally here and we are approaching the year’s end. Giving December offers a great opportunity to make a difference for the future.

This year, Civic Force introduced a new donation option. Please consider donating to Civic Force through Furusato Nozei (“Hometown Tax”) and supporting our life-saving emergency and disaster preparedness operations.

Donate through Furusato Nozei

You can donate to Civic Force through Saga Prefecture’s Furusato Nozei. Ninety percent of your donation will go directly to Civic Force. For eligible donors, the donation amount minus 2,000 yen will be deducted from the following year’s residence and income taxes of the donor in Japan. Some donors may be eligible for a One Stop system in which municipalities file taxes on their behalf. Maximum deduction amounts are varied based on income and family composition.

Civic Force is also accepting donations through government crowdfunding.
