【Northern Kyushu Heavy Rain - Aug 2019】Currently Gathering Information
Due to record levels of heavy rain in northern Kyushu, emergency weather alerts were issued in Fukuoka, Saga, and Nagasaki Prefectures at 5:50AM, August 28. Flood damage across a widespread area including overflowing riverbanks and household floors have been reported.
In cooperation with a partner organization, A-PAD Japan, based in Saga Prefecture, Civic Force is currently gathering information on the damage.

After the Japan earthquake on 11th March 2011,
Civic Force was quickly responding to the destructive earthquake.
