Note
- If you need a Japanese version of the receipt sent to your address in
Japan, please write so in the “Message” box.
- Civic Force does not issue receipts for donations made through
crowdfunding websites outside of Japan, except for the purpose of tax
filing in Japan.
- Receipts for donations through overseas crowdfunding sites (ie. Global
Giving, Benevity) will be issued after Civic Force receives the
payments which may take several months from the date of your donation.
