Air Tent Installed for Fever Clinic

ARROWS (Airborne Rescue & Relief Operations With Search) leased and installed an air tent at a hospital in Osaka on April 7.

ARROWS leased a trailer office to the same hospital last month and it is currently used as a waiting room for around 10 patients per day. However, the trailer office had to make patients wait outside when there were too many of them at once. To solve this problem, ARROWS installed an air tent next to the trailer office upon request by the hospital.

When patients suspected of having COVID-19 enter hospitals, the hospitals must take measures to control infections and protect patients and hospital staff from possible infections. As the number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 increases across Japan, it is important for medical facilities to prevent the spread of infections among patients and health care workers and to maintain a functioning health care system.

ARROWS continues to support medical professionals fighting against the virus and people affected by the outbreak. Thank you for your continuing support.
