On August 14, 2021, an emergency evacuation order was issued to over 640,000 households amid torrential rains in Northern Kyushu. Flooding and mudslide damages have been reported across the region and Civic Force began providing emergency assistance in Saga Prefecture. Saga-based staff were also affected by the flooding. Civic Force continues assessing needs of the affected residents and providing relief work.
