Typhoon 13 in September left a trail of devastation across Northern Kanto and many homes have yet to recover from the flooding damage. As the communities move forward with reconstruction of their homes and livelihoods, Civic Force delivered relief items in Iwaki City, Fukushima through a local partner organization, Teco.

Based in Iwaki, Fukushima, Teco provides community space and hosts events to promote community building. Teco has been supporting community members impacted by the flood.

Emergency item distribution was made possible through Good Links, an online platform to connect corporate sponsors with aid organizations in need of relief items.

Distributed items included:

• Portable grills
• Clothing (underwear, shirts, shoes, etc)
