On September 21, heavy rains caused flooding and landslides in Suzu City, Noto Town, Wajima City, and other areas in Ishikawa Prefecture. Temporary housing for the Noto Peninsula Earthquake victims has also been flooded and the authorities have received assistance requests.
Civic Force has begun gathering information in areas previously affected by the Noto Peninsula Earthquake. We are also in contact with partner organizations and are preparing to provide emergency relief assistance.
