【Noto Peninsula Earthquake】 Relief Item Distribution and Water System Installation

Suzu City, located at the tip of the Noto Peninsula, is home to 170,000 residents. 70% of the residents have fled to safety, but emergency assistance has been hard to reach due to landslides blocking road access.

Civic Force’s emergency team has set up a relief item drop-off point and mobilized compact vehicles to transport relief items to hard-to-reach areas.

Water system installation continues

“We continued providing safe water to the evacuees using filtration systems invented for disasters.”

A couple who fled their collapsed home repeatedly thanked Civic Force saying, “We really appreciate the safe drinking water.”

Starting tomorrow, food will be distributed at the water supply station.
