【Noto Peninsula Earthquake】 Relief Item Drop-off Point Set-up in Suzu City

The death toll increased to 206 as of January 10, 2024. In Suzu City, 91 people lost their lives and search operations continue to look for missing persons. 6,000 people are staying in 80 evacuation centers.

The emergency team, ARROWS, assisted zoning to prevent the spread of infectious diseases at one evacuation center today. The medical team continues operating mobile clinics at three evacuation centers.  

Winterization support

As the cold weather persists in the affected regions, the needs for winterization increase. In response, Civic Force delivered mattresses and fuel to evacuation centers. Civic Force also established another relief item drop-off point to provide support to nearby residents who are staying in their damaged houses.
