On September 5, 2025, Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan, was struck by a series of powerful gales and one of the largest tornadoes in the nation's history, resulting in widespread damage. As of September 9, official reports from Shizuoka Prefecture confirm that the disaster has left 161 buildings completely or partially destroyed and 1,279 buildings with some form of damage. Additionally, 83 individuals have sustained injuries.

With a potentially prolonged evacuation period ahead, urgent support is needed for the affected communities. In response, Civic Force has established a dedicated donation account to facilitate relief efforts.
