【Players Fund】Thank you! - Charity Auction and Crowdfunding
The Japan Professional Baseball Players Association (JPBPA) Disaster Relief Fund (known as the “Players Fund”) is a collaborative initiative established by the JPBPA, representing players from all 12 professional teams and Civic Force. Since 2021, this partnership has supported emergency relief assistance during disasters, disaster preparedness events, and awareness campaigns.
The Fund is sustained through initiatives such as charity auctions and crowdfunding. Many players donated signed gloves, bats, and jerseys as auction items and gifts for the donors. To date, these efforts have brought over 40 million yen in donations from baseball fans to support disaster relief and preparedness activities.

The fifth round of crowdfunding (December 8, 2025 - January 30, 2026) received a total of 2,259,000 yen in support from 124 individuals.

The Players Fund also hosted a charity auction to accelerate disaster recovery, reconstruction, and disaster mitigation effort. Players from all 12 professional teams generously provided 80 items for the event, resulting in a total donation of 8,209,648 yen.
