It has been almost two years since the Noto Peninsula Earthquake. Civic Force has been working with local partners to implement NPO Partner Projects in various affected areas. These projects aim to support medium to long-term reconstruction in the disaster area.

25 people including survivors from nearby temporary housing participated in the Karuta Tournament. Participants listened intently to the card reader and were seen enjoying the activity.

The "Horyu Karuta" is scheduled to be introduced in Tokyo and other places where Mikikisuru Noto is based, to help more people learn about the situation in the disaster area. Ms. Saeka Matsuda, the representative of Jiyū Kenkyū, expressed her determination to fully launch the internet-based Honmachi Radio activities to let many people know about the current state of Suzu and Horyu.

Civic Force will continue its efforts to listen closely to the voices of those in need and promptly deliver the necessary support.
