Providing Menstrual Hygiene Items at Evacuation Centers and Schools

Civic Force continues to support women’s hygiene practices which are often overlooked at evacuation centers during large-scale disasters and is working with companies to fill the gap. Since 2021, Civic Force has been providing sanitary products to Saga Women's High School and Saga University. In 2025, with the support of Crown Package Co., Ltd. in Tosu City, Saga Prefecture, and donations to the project, Civic Force provided over 11,300 sanitary products.

Turning menstrual anxiety into peace of mind

Students at Saga University have said, "It's reassuring to know that there are sanitary products in the bathrooms. It was very helpful when I suddenly got my period. I hope you continue this program." 

Civic Force provides sanitary products to evacuation shelters and schools in Saga Prefecture in the event of a disaster, aiming to create an environment where women can feel safe. Civic Force is accepting corporate partnerships to support this project.

Sponsorship Overview:

• Amount: From JPY10,000 and up (500 sanitary items for a month supply can be purchased with a JPY10,000 sponsorship). 

• Visibility: Sponsor’s name will be advertised on a poster. 

• Solicitation Period: February 1 - March 31, 2026

• Marking Period: Sponsorships will be advertised from April 2026 through March 2027
