News Letter Vol.38 is Now Available -Never Forget — Passing Down the Lessons Learned That Day and Using Them for the Future
Expressing “Thoughts about 3.11” Lingering in Each One’s Mind
This year marks the 15th anniversary of the Great East Japan Earthquake. Civic Force, which has walked with the Tohoku people since 2011 together, held a contest “#My 3.11: Messages in 15 Characters.”
We received 1,069 works in just one month and examined them to select one Grand Prize, one Excellence Award, one Youth Award and two Honorable Mentions. It is our pleasure to announce the results here. We appreciate your sending many messages leading to the future, beyond generations and regions – whether you directly experienced that day or not.
The three works that won the Grand Prize, Excellence Award and Youth Award will be printed on Civic Force’s original Disaster Preparedness Card.
