Civic Force Delivers Female Sanitary Items to Saga High School
Since 2001, Civic Force has provided free sanitary items at high schools and universities in Saga.
In October, Civic Force delivered 672 female hygeine items at Saga Women's High School. Civic Force has so far delivered more than 13,000 items to schools in Saga.
The project also welcomed a new corporate partner, Crown Packaging in Tosu, Saga.
Civic Force continues to explore coporate partnerships.
As part of its support for women - who are often overlooked during disasters - Civic Force is also focusing on stockpiling supplies including sanitary products. Civic Force has also prepared emergency go-boxes with sanitary items and information about the free women's consultation center. These boxes will be available in bathrooms at evacuation centers in the event of a disaster.
