The Kanto and Tokai regions are experiencing a record level of heavy rains. In response to flooding in the regions, Airborne Rescue and Relief Operations With Search (ARROWS) has begun conducting needs assessments from the damages.
Civic Force is closely monitoring the situation and is on stand-by for dispatch upon request.
