On June 19, 2026, Civic Force delivered the following disaster relief items to its centralized storage warehouse in Kainan City, Wakayama Prefecture. The items include:

- Emergency latrines

- Heaters

- Portable power sources

- Basket trolleys

Civic Force signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Kainan City in 2025. The MoU highlights stockpiling disaster relief items for speedy delivery. This June delivery is the second one, following last year's distribution and they are procured with support from our corporate partners.

Wakayama Prefecture where a mega earthquake is set to strike in the next decades, it is critical to have relief items ready for distribution during non-emergency time which will allow rapid delivery of necessary aids to affected residents when a disaster strikes.

The Noto Peninsula Earthquake in January 2024 caused significant disruption to access to the affected areas due to road closures and landslides. It is important to establish a system for delivering supplies after a disaster occurs in addition to stockpiling relief supplies in areas that are expected to be affected by disasters.

Civic Force will continue to work with local municipalities and corporate partners and contribute to building disaster-resilient communities.
